Time – slow down, allow time to connect with yourself and see your purpose and meaning in life
Connecting to others and the Earth gives us a sense of a greater whole and gratitude for all we have
Awareness – practise this, it takes time! Be buddhist in your being! – acceptance, allowing the flow of life, awakening to wisdom and an inner freedom
Stress – consciously allow awareness of stress in the body, breath and mind, create space….
