Mindful Yoga Hatha classes provide a steady yet dynamic practice, slower than Vinyasa with longer holds, focusing on the breath and movement of prana (energy). Traditional Hatha asanas, Pranayama and Meditation provide a complete whole yoga class. Hatha encompasses many styles of physical yoga, creating balance and uniting opposites. Ha (Sun, hot, active, yang, masculine), tha (Moon, cool, receptive, yin, feminine).
