I am part way through MY (Menopause Yoga) Teacher Training with Petra Coveney in the UK. Menopause Yoga is the world’s 1st professionally accredited yoga and wellbeing programme supporting people through their menopause – and beyond. The Menopause Yoga programme unites western medical science with eastern wellbeing to support your mind, body and emotions.
The training includes specially modified yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation practices to help with menopause symptoms alongside evidence-based medical health, nutrition, natural remedies and wellbeing guidance. Workshops can also include womens circles and journalling.
I am looking forward to sharing these new learnings with you all in special weekend workshops and classes once my training is complete around the beginning of August.
