Despite our lovely clean roomy class space, and knowing how much you need yoga right now, we know that for your safety, we need to discontinue with Mindful Yoga for the meantime. We will really miss seeing all your lovely faces and teaching yoga at Ngunguru Hall. You will still stay present in our hearts and we will continue to send out mailchimps to give you ideas to maintain your own sadhana. Take care, be kind to each other, stay open, stay present. One of the best things we can do for our immune system is to stay calm. To let go of stress. We can’t change where we are right now, we can change how we respond to where we are right now. Let’s stay connected. Trust this process. Know it will pass. Know we are resilient. And apply what we have learned in our years of Yoga!
